Well, after reading this,

I think it should be like this.

• Pre-Tsukihime (After she lost to Altrouge, Most commonly know as 30% Arc): At least Low 7-B to 7-B
• Tsukihime (After Shiki, a.k.a. 3-5%): At least High 8-C.
• EoS Tsukihime (After After recovering her power stolen by Roa, a.k.a 50%): At least 7-B to 6-C normally (based on Kami's calc). Potentially higher
• Melty Blood (Red Arcueid / White Princess): At least 5-C with Marble Phantasm, Low 5-B with Moon Drop. Potentially At least 5-A
• Archetype: Earth: Unknow for being so vastly above her other forms and generally being referred to as one of the strongest characters

The calc that i made, was about White Princess Arc, given the fact that is a casual feat, i think it should be rated as 50% Arc.

Given Pre-Tsukihime Arc's stats, 7-B to 6-C sounds reasonable for EoS Tsukihime Arc.
