Erase could work, but since both are bloodlusted here, Sonic could very well also start the fight by haxing Zen'o with his Time, Reality and Atomic Hax, which Zen'o has no defence against, and he could also escape the destruction of the timeline by traveling to another universe with his dimensional portals.

Zeno has some range, he can erase a universe while not being in it and some of the inhabitants that are also outside it too.
