Okay so, I did not watch the rest, but why a fanart as the pic. We use fanarts only if the official artworks are nonexistent/low quality, but there are plenty of Arceus' official art which is decent enough lol.

If we're gonna use fanart we should credit the artist

We have always been using official art, rather fanart unless there is no picture or it is low quality. lol

It's more an unwritten rule.
Nothing says that you cannot use fanart no matter what, but it's preffered to use the official art when it is of a good quality (an example is Hecatia Lapislazuli, who has a fanart as the pic for her profile as her official sprite is literally this thing), but Arceus has plenty of good official art lol

Honestly, it's safer to use Official art anyways. I love Fanart and, when it won't cause conflict, tend to use it when I'm on the internet, but it'd be pretty bad if the original artist found out and asked us to take it down, something that never really happens with Official Art.
