Arceus' immortality

Surprisingly, I didn't notice him being under the immortals category, so I decided to make this. Can we give immortality to Arceus? And what level of immortality would it be? 1 and 4? Or just 1? Also, his regen should be moved up to mid-low. It comes from recover, which gives Mewtwo his mid-low regen iirc (it could come from him getting stabbed by Deoxys, so...)

Type 1 and Type 8 (it's life becomes limited when it loses its plates). Regenerationn is actually based on its omnipotent ability in pokemon conquest.
