AP Stomp

recently i noticed the fact that the Stomp page do not mention the gap between the AP of two characters of a same tier is a stomp, for example, I heard that 3x the gap of AP is a stomp.

So I would like to define the limit of AP difference between 2 characters of a same tier being a stomp

I think it is generally taken as 5x, though it's not a rule.

Well, more details are explained on the thread, but we feel saying 3-4x AP difference being a stomp is a little pushing it. But 100X AP would be a clear cut example of stomp. Durability has different portrayals and categories for example is what's being discussed.
