AP Revision - Updates

Members, please note that:

• If there are direct feats, AP need not be revised. For eg: If a character destroys the sun, then they are automaticaly 4-C. In other words, AP revisions are mandatory only when stats are listed on the basis of calcs.
• The "+" symbol is to be used only when a character is in the higher end of a tier.
• Pre-existing "+" should simply be removed.
