I think he's referring to the Thu'um which was stated to be "Event Denouement". After researching more it's more suited to be Fate Manipulation. I don't know how that scale to Anumaril though. Maybe his mastery of the Tower?

Thu'um uses Tonal Architecture, which is basically conceptual manipulation. Anumaril can use it and Tonal Magic is very versitle, but I think the only time it has been used in plot haxy way was that one Tounge in the 36(7) lessons. And considering he has never displayed that, and it not being on his profile as well, I don't think we should assume he has it.

Is Fate Manipulation even a big deal? Considering the Staff of Towers can completely reshape the nature of Gods such as the Divines and rewrite Time and History in a way that affects them on a fundamental level.
