Actually no, DD has an iteration for every timeline as well (reason you don't fight infinite DDs is more or less the same reason SMT itself doesn't make you find and fight infinite Kagutsuchis).

Not that it matters here as Low 2-C Nanashi is a Messiah therefore should still have Higher Dimensional Observation hax based on the axiom which make him more than capable of ending it, thus it's a non factor either way.

...I don't know if Nanashi has resistance to Absorption, in which case Lavos has an actual method at winning via that.

BFR and Incapacitation are likely out of the question as even if Nanashi dies the Dagda can bring him back to right where he was before that happened and the Dagda has the same higher dimensional Immortalities and High Godly regen as any other demon. He also has Multiversal+ range thus he could bring him back even from the DBT.

I'll be honest here and say I'm not really believing the fairness of this situation, all things considered.

He arguably can. His regen negation can affect them for sure, tho I can't say anything about it for sure. Flynn could harm the white before fighting Lucifer or Merkahbah

Nah, that's the demons. As I said above, Messiahs such as Flynn and Nanashi have Observation hax since base, which is Axiom based hax .

I'm thinking yeah. Most win methods from Lavos are no-sold because Dagda whereas Nanashi just generally needs to smack it with Higher Dimensional Hax. It's a reprise of this scene.
