Could we likely get a upscale to another speed and ap tier for this character?

Context:
Compared to sun rong who has a 8-A feat with a spiritual power of 2019. Froggy even when sealed has a spiritual power level above 5 digits, he suppresses it to 5000 tho.
I was thinking we could get Supersonic+, it's narratively ok too because he can keep up with characters who can blitz sun rong. Btw sun Rong scales to high into mach 2.4

Looking at the amount of characters in the verse superior to Sun Rong..... They scale like hundreds of times above 617 tons and mach 2.4, this verse might be the strongest 8-A and fastest Supersonic Verse. The character with the 617 tons feat performed it by existing. At this point, they're touching Baseline Low 7-C and Supersonic+
