Another 3-C Prep feat for Doctor Doom

In Fantastic Four #157, Doctor Doom used a device to duplicate Silver Surfer's power, before putting that duplicate power into a machine called the Doomsman II which Doom himself said was on par with Silver Surfer

Nothing major, just a nice 3-C Prep feat for Doom.

Likely both IMO since he duplicated Surfer's power then put it in the Doomsman II
