Tier 2 Halo exist, tought it was all the way up to 2-A and not well "flesh out",i think this is Low 2-C, Complex Dimensional structures exist within Halo but havent been used for Combat purpose as far as i am aware of.

A Universe needs to be infinite in size in order to qualify as Low 2-C or even High 3-A for that matter. Those, "Higher dimensional constructs" are smaller than the Milky Way Galaxy so anything beyond 3-C is out of the question.

They're baby universes that have yet to be born. And at the same time, the best weapons Forerunners or Precursors ever used didn't even destroy the galaxy that they are in. And actually, Matt addressed the Precursors a while back about their being no proof of being universal creators.

And I agree, we should just close this as this is grown tiresome.
