Aquatic animals are allowed to fight.
Only one of each species.
Battle takes place in a massive body of water that all sea animals can live in.
All blood-lusted.

Extant is another word for surviving and real. So any species that are extinct are not allowed and the animal has to be real.

So, is this limited to Aquatic Animals? It has Aquatic Animals listed, but there’s no Limit for Aquatic Animals only.

Yes orcas and giant squids are allowed. As long as it isn't extinct and exists in real life it is allowed.
