At first I thought it was an easy win for Stephanie, but with speed equalised the match seems to be more in Franks favour. Even though Stephanie has decent range- at close quarters Stephanie's sports equipment does practically nothing and Frank has better martial ability and feats. I say Frank just runs up to her, immobilises or out skills her and just repeatedly stabs her with his toeknife until she dies.
