I saw Villager was 9-B, so I wanted to put him into a fight, so he's fighting Mario. Speed is equalized and the fight takes place in the forest.

Mario can't get past Villager's reset tho, and Villager should outrange anyway

Also it's actually kind of difficult finding an opponent for the Villager, heh..

Just pointing out that the Villager doesn't spam his hax at all in character. Reset should only come up if the Villager is corned and manages to pull it off before dying.

For the actual fight, Villager out-AP quite easily, but Mario's range and especially the de-evolution gun would be trouble for him, maybe too much for the Villager to win. Does Mario uses it in-character?

I doubt he'd lead with it, but he uses it in-character, yes.

Also can't the Villager shoot UFOs out of the sky? Sounds like more than Wall level to me

It's a very small UFO, and the damage dealt to it was minimal.
