I think Over-1 takes this. He is 6.9 times stronger than Kirito. He is more versatile and should have have counters for most of Kirito's abilities. Over-1 can counter Kirito's type 8 immortality with his multiple incap methods such as Dimensional BFR, Sealing, and Transmutation.
