That said how good is his resistance? Sidious is passive

It was never really clarified in the games whether it was passive or not. Though it likely is because if it wasn't, the main characters of StarCraft should have beated him already early on in the game. I think Kerrigan has it too since she no longers minds the influence of Amon that he has been doing to her mind for years in the games so we should be able to scale Amon to her.
