Shouldn't be a haxstomp, I think. Alucard resists a good amount of D's stuff, at least. Speed is equalized, since infinite vs ftl, and at the very least, the last thread was necro'd instead of closed. Here we go!

D due to reality warping powers and being able to negate Regenerationn by cutting the fount of life itself

I vote for Alucard because (To be people from above, He resists reality warp), Alucard spams time stop and he eithers just petrification him or seal him

D has resistance to Time Manipulation and has repeatedly broken out of being sealed. He's also powered out of being matter manipulated so not sure if Petrification will work
