Both should have around the same AP but only one of them has a way to go "Fork this" and slam the opponent over and over again until their regen gives in

and if this is 9-A including the "Likely the same as before via a physical manifestation", weeeelllll

How quickly does it take for him to drink his victims? Cause if it takes a moment, the Mask could possibly manage to get free in time.

A couple seconds IIRC, but Alucard could always just hold Mask with TK.
