Alovenas 1-A+ Downgrade

I will unlock the Alovenas page, but it seems like Elizhaa, Ultima, and Nepuko only agree with "likely higher", so you should initially only adjust the page to that.

I believe I've already made clear that I would be fine with either of those, so you all can count me as neutral, in this regard. I am losing track on what's being agreed or disagreed here, anyways.

Alright. I think that we can apply Ultima's wording, with "likely higher" replaced with "likely Outerverse level+" then. We need to end this argument now.
