I've been kinda busy lately, I when I originally posted gilgs profile I esaw a bunch of errors so kept on going back to fix them and ended up cluttering it. If you come across sandboxes in the user namespace, you can simply edit them yourself, since all users have editing access when it comes to these. You can also give them a heads up that they shouldn't have categories in the sandbox if you want.
For ones that you cannot access, such as user blogs, you can report them here if you wish.
