what exactly does "sense users" mean here? Is this from the old "Sense manipulation" page or something else? If it's the former then I'd propose nuking it since it's from a deleted power that already falls in line with perception manipulation.

Aaah . Wait a min, that new GRB 221009A page has it on 4-B and it's used for 4-A in garou's page, so I'll be reverting back my edit unless someone clarifies it.
