2 to 3 thread mod or admins is enough approval to apply a non-controversial CRT. More would be needed for tier 1 upgrades or fairly controversial upgrades with controversial abilities.

I would like to, but there is a rule that only after 48 hours after the thread has been created and accepted can changes be applied.
Although the rule seems nonsense to me for threads that are simply non-controversial or simple with quick acceptance, as it is a waste of time.
