TBF I always disliked Hypertimelines as a concept because they can just be a big 2-C to 2-A space that would work exactly as a single space-time without needing an extra time axis. A blatant example is Universe 7, which works as a single space-time, yet it's made of 3 of them, but we rate that as 2-C, not Low 1-C. The timelines needing an extra time axis to work is clearlt an exaggeration that makes no sense. I think DT made a great explanation about it here, the whole Temporal Dimensions nonsense has been implemented only because Staff gave up to the n-th attempt to make Dragon Ball Tier 1 that were made since DBS' first release.

I do not either. If my Gravity Falls thread fails because of Hypertimelines stopping to qualifying, then whatever. Accuracy comes first.
And that's a good mindset! If Sonic gets downgraded, then it's good because it would set an example for others!
I do know few others that would be downgraded too (Kingdom Hearts, Ninjago, Ben 10 and iirc Tensura), but it just shows how wanked this standard makes verses.

Of course you're allowed to complain. My issue stems from the fact that you're complaining about something which you dislike here on the wiki, but you don't want to do anything about it and just presume that people will agree with you.
Like I myself don't care about the concept of hypertimelines, but if none of us will do anything to change things then what's the point? It's just complaining for the sake of complaining.

it is most of the way it is applied here, rather than has a concept, which in reality, does not sound that bad or different from a higher dimensional space.
but man, don't you know how extremely vague it is that they apply this? I mean Dragon Ball has it (in this wiki) but the same verse does not give an explanation or tells you that there is a higher dimension of time, or at least it gives that implication, we simply take it as if it is accepted and that's it.
like, there are 12 universes, ok?but all of them share the same timeline, so we just assume there is some higher time axis to explain why all this space-times have a timeline of their own, instead of just, you know, not doing that many assumptions?

It's not even a spoon feed, it's literally too much (and I mean it) too much to assume, it's almost like you're making a theory, for this.
I don't even ask for a super long or detailed explanation, it's too simple, it can be done in short, it can be done easy, and it could be belivable, man if you wanted a higher dimensional timeline, then just say it like Fran bow "You don't need to wait for winter to come, that's absurd! Time is an infinitely layered reality!"

Yes it can be done easily, simple, and quick. However I think it is asking to be spoon fed if you are demanding terms and statements that fit your exact standards.
A lot of verses do not use words and statements that battle boarders often use to tier beyond four dimensional realities.

is not even the same example, also yes they can, they don't need to use outerverse or hyperverse or whatever, but they can just make a good way to make a point about something without using those words.

For verses like HQ "look here at the 5th dimension", for them everything is easier since it makes it easier for comic book readers to understand.
As for us animes, "i'm going to put higher dimensions into the work, but you have to discover it on your own"
In short: a work does not need to make it explicit that there is a higher dimension
For comic book fans, things are easier for them, since most of them are people who don't have much knowledge about higher dimensions

You’re asking for statements and terms that fit your understanding and scoop of view. You’re asking to be spoon fed. It isn’t an assumption if the context points to a certain direction and standard.
Obviously. However your earlier example literally used terms (“infinitely layered reality”) battle boarders often use.

Whether or not an extra reality should be deemed a higher dimension if it isn’t stated to be so or has statements and terms pointing to it being a higher dimension.
This started with DB’s 5D time axis. Frankly I don’t care for 5D DB (despite my raving and terrible 5D Goku and 6D Zen’ō jokes). I just find the lack of arguments against it dumb.

I haven't seen the manga and i don't know, but if it had really happened he would have low 1-C in his profile, i think there are more things in that angle there

Maybe it’s new to you but Battle boarders recognize similar statements and terms. Those terms anre often used regarding dimensional tiering. A better example wouldn’t require the words infinite, layered, or reality.

That's what everyone says when they have no arguments to refute, just to say I don't care about 5D either and I have no interest in it, but it gets boring that you come here to complain about these things it all the time.
