There were several times where being stronger than someone in DB didn´t make you immune to the opponent's hax, Hit's abilities are pretty much an exception

Just the universe, but he has low ic inter dimensional range, which makes him pretty hard to kill

But it's stated in DB that's the case because if you are stronger than your opponent, you negate their hax, so if you're stronger than a character, can't you negate the hax of somebody? If it was something abstract like a wall level character with fate manipulation, understandable maybe (I doubt), but what if it's just spatial manipulation or whatever. Shouldn't it work?

Monster Carrot, Buu, Babidi, Ginyu for example all had hax that worked on stronger opponents
