there are many to ifs for the universe not being infinite that are beyond just "it is a artistic thing", mostly the lack of statements of the universe being infinite in the story (beyond...that one of the countless instead of using actual infinite or endless word)and a pretty showing of the finite of the cosmology in general (12 universes, a few timelines, one of the gods saying that there are 28 planets with mortal life).

Eventually, TiltedFN just asked him whether or not he read the manga, and he confirmed that he hadn't actually read it just skimmed the arcs he liked.
