Via having feats of blowing away fire casually
Of course it's 8-B fire but the same principal applies, I don't see why All For One can't pull the same trick and blow the flames out. Even if they somehow get past him, the flames shouldn't have enough heat left from the impact to do anything he can't regenerate off.
