Ah yes, Power Levels, the numerical value that represents one's overall battle statistics in the universe of Dragon Ball. Of course, the concept of a numerical power system isn't exclusive for Dragon Ball, far from it actually, but it WAS one of the greatest influences on a lot of other Battle Power-like system such as Seven Deadly Sins, for example.

Let me establish some rules here. I am using the DBZ Anime, but only in places where it's not contradicted by anything in the manga, or my own scaling (Basically only when it's convenient for me, shameless). I will also be gathering the information from Super to help me with fusion scaling and what-not.

Last, but not least. I will be mostly ignoring Original DB Power Levels, because the jump from Tier 8 to Tier 5 in less than 50 BP is honestly jarring.

Here is a chart with official, and reasonably speculated Power Levels from Dragon Ball. (Using evidence)

Btw, in the RoF movie, Toriyama stated, likely as a joke, that Freeza's Power Level would be something like, 5 quintillion.

Doesn't sound unrealistic at all.
