Yhwach can open a portal there on his own. (It's not the Dangai because that has a floor unlike Garganta)

The Garganta is a "void" that covers the "dimensions/universes" as if they were "planets" and garganta is their "outer space".

I think you are not familiar with our standards, scalings, terms, etc, like for example, you misunderstood how NLF works (at least on this site). It's no mistake, I know you are new here but it is better to have a bit proper understanding about them before joining this battle discussion.

Celestialsepians are from the world of forge outside of time and space.

Reishi is not energy, but spiritual matter and it doesn't exist is what garganta is made off.
When we usually use "void" and "nothingness" in fiction similar to science to rate a "void". And nothingness and void are made of some kind of matter in our world too.

Reishi = the matter the void is made off in this scenario. Just how an unknown type of matter exist in what we know as "voids" or "nothingness".

During Ben 10: Omniverse, the Annihilaargh wiped out the Universe, and Alien X was completely unaffected by it. Alien X then re-created everything not long after.
