Yhwach can open a portal there on his own. (It's not the Dangai because that has a floor unlike Garganta)

The Garganta is a "void" that covers the "dimensions/universes" as if they were "planets" and garganta is their "outer space".

You’re much better off using Duncan’s WoG which states Celestialsapiens exist outside of space and time.
 
Its stated alien X knows and can do anything plus alien X(Celestialsepians) should be more powerful than does 26D beings

Reishi is not energy, but spiritual matter and it doesn't exist is what garganta is made off.
When we usually use "void" and "nothingness" in fiction similar to science to rate a "void". And nothingness and void are made of some kind of matter in our world too.

"Voids are believed to have been formed by baryon acoustic oscillations in the Big Bang, collapses of mass followed by implosions of the compressed baryonic matter. Reishi = the matter the void is made off in this scenario. Just how an unknown type of matter exist in what we know as "voids" or "nothingness".

It was agreed that yes it can work on souls, also EE the whole timeline should put down Yhwach for good (especially when Yhwach doesn't even have any type of Acausality ) which is also a wincon for AX
