Lucy probably. Weaker DC at that state but she can at least still react to Alex. And Vectors typically bypass conventional durability. Being turned into an eternal sludge won't be good fate

Oh. That's an issue. Only trying to debate with the little I know of Elfen Lied. Still leaning on Lucy since vectors are op and might actually cancel his regen.
