Actually, Alex's regen is reliant on the amount of biomass he has, if he regens too much it weakens him greatly and he can't regen too much after that.

In the OP. I don't think its allowed to make a powerup last indefinitely just for the sake of the battle? Or am I wrong?

We do the same for Sonics forms and Natsu's form unless I have it wrong.

We need a concrete answer to this. I personally think it is disallowed. I mean......for instance we cant say Master Chief's Damage boosts can last indefintely for the sake of the battle, or say that his overshields will recharge. We also don't assume Ennodzuno Akame lasts forever. So I don't think this would be much different.

Quad not having a time limit isn't even that much of an advantage, seeing as it doesn't bolster Doom's durability at all. Although Doom isn't that far off from Alex in terms of stats, even without any amps in play.
