Albert Wesker vs. Michael Myers (H20 Timeline)

9-B Wesker is Pre-Virus (edit the OP)

Also, Wesker is a martial artist with years of experience in cqc and training. Has access to ranged weapons (guns) against Michael's knife.

Wesker has nearly all the advantages if it werent for Michael's sturdyness.

Hmm, I see your point. Well, let's remove Wesker's ranged weapons and say it's a hand-to-hand combat. Michael keeps his knife for fairness of Wesker having combat training.
 
In that case if both are armed with melee weapons, aka knives, Wesker should scale to Leon and Krauser in technique. He likely can disarm Michael and kill him.

Otherwise it'd be a kung fu fight. And Wesker still has the advantage unless he does something like trying to not kill Michael.

Well, Michael's profile makes it seem he'd be able to survive these things, or at least brush them off and wait for a chance to get the kill. Also, he's "skilled with knives" and should be able to (after all these years of killing) fight him off to a certain extent.

Wall level (Survived being at the epicenter of a large explosio. Was shot several times and fell from a two story house and got up like nothing happened)
 
Keep in mind that Wesker is using 9-B attacks too. And that martial arts can help him incap Michael even if killing him is difficult. Like breaking his elbows, knees, neck, ...
 
If Michael was able to survive the center of an explosion, he should be able to shrug of an attempt to incap him, unless we're saying he'd have the same potency. But he should still be able to brush a few of them off, which wouldn't allow Wesker an immediate kill.
