Standard ones, if she cannot kill him then KO count as victory, Regenerationn and Immortality doesn't prevent him to be knockout or be overwhelmed in a direct confrontation (like with Goddess of Water).The Calaca said:

Big Mom may have a big problem on her hands should she start to crave something. Might not happen in a fight but I think it’s noteworthy that if it does happen Aku is sure to torture her by destroying whatever she desires to eat right before she reaches it. Like when he yanked Jack out of a time portal and blew it up. He’s pretty diabolical that way.
