Akoya Upgrade

Making this quick, Akoya being 9-A is absolutely ridiculous after his recent feats in Omega. He was far above a casual Ryuki who was overwhelming Ren who is 8-C and even fought on even ground with a serious Ryuki, nearly killing him at the end of their fight.

Due to this Akoya should be upgraded to 8-C for being far above Ren and an equal to Ryuki

Akoya should have different key for Omega. Lot of characters got stronger in the sequel.

Even if we look solely at Ashura, he was confident in his ability to fight Agito even after watching him defeat both Okubo and Gaolong

Yet he lost to Imai who had problems with Dudley and got damaged even by Haruo.

Well it was noted that the damage he took from Cosmo and Amped Haruo was minimal at best, even when taking attacks to weak points like his eye.

Akoya was pretty much stomping Cosmo their whole fight, he just couldn't stand up to him in grappling. As a striker, Cosmo only posed a threat to Akoya when aiming at eyes, groin, joints etc. His normal defense was too tough. He was only able to injure him using his specialty (grappling). Plus, Imai admitted by Cosmo after that Akoya was stronger than him. Akoya lost cause he didn't go for the kill immediately and Cosmo had adrenaline and painkillers keeping him in the game.

Also, shouldn't we give Cosmo Accelerated Development/Reactive Power Level? He was noted to be getting to be getting stronger in his fight with that guardian guy and iirc Akoya as well.

If you give him a different key, it should be fine.

Yeah. Those abilities are fine. But the fact that he lost and strangled makes him just comparable to Cosmo.

He could still scale him to post-Akoya Cosmo since he states that Akoya was stronger than him, even after evolving in their fight. He's just not skilled enough in grappling.

I believe Akoya should be At least 9-A likely 8-C+ due to being physically more powerful than Imai and 8-C likely 8-C+ for his Kengan Omega Key

I think we should also add his shield and bullet proof armor to his optional equipment section since he doesn't normally have those in his fights

Btw, should we increase Akita's reaction speed to "higher"? He is noted to have the fastest reflexes in the world, something that's supported by the fact that even Rei, one of the fastest fighters in the tournament, can't keep up with his speed to hit the brakes.

The thing is the entire verse is scaled off his feat, I mean that makes sense because Imai, Ohma & co. are all comparable to him but he's still faster. For the record even after Cosmo became faster during their fight Akoya still outclassed him in speed yet Cosmo later avoided Lin Min's Possessing Spirit attacks who even in base can overhelm Gaolang who is Hypersonic+.

I suggest giving Akoya At the Hypersonic likely higher in speed and changing the other characters' speed ratings in At least Hypersonic possibly Hypersonic+ / Higher

Also, Akoya should be 9-A likely 8-C+ since even Hatsumi & Gaolang were scared by him not to mention he was clearly stronger than Imai despite the former adapting and becoming stronger in their fight. If I recall he was also confident in taking on Kanoh Agito despite having witnessed him beating the hell out of Naoya.

We already added the AP thing for Akoya's profile

The reason the others are Hypersonic+ is due to scaling from Advance/Possessing Spirit Ohma and 100% Raian, who should be 3.33 to 4x faster than their base speed (Hypersonic) due to multipliers. Also iirc there's another Hypersonic calc somewhere
