Akira Otoishi has prep time and can ignore durability by grabbing the person and going into a cable which could KO or kill them. Plus I dont think Jimiken can see stands. Otoishi stands a chance. But without prep time he gets dogged.

In theory Akira can amp himself to beyond 6-C, issue is I don't think Japan uses anywhere close to that within a year while also giving him enough leeway to fall back on. RHCP would have to be hooked up to like sci-fi battery or something to get that much power. Actually pretty sure draining a full year would only get him to 7-C.

For him to reach 6-C would take like a ******* decade. And that's assuming he doesn't do anything at all. It's likely impossible fir him to reasonably hit 6-C.

But with prep time cant he just kill Jimmy Ken outside the Digital World? In the Cyber Sleuth game (going off current game logic) it seems like Digimon only function in the digital world and not real world except toward the finalish parts of the game. So like can't he just do what he did to Keicho or something like that? And win via long range + durability negation?

Prep doesn't allow Akira to just off his opponent before the match begins. That isn't how prep works. They still gotta show up and 1v1 starting at SBA distance. While RHCP can transmute I think, he's still gonna have to actually grab him and pull him in, which is gonna be hard in the middle of central park.

It's probably a stomp, or at least a mismatch. Prep isn't doing anything, if even a decade with no rest draining energy won't put him at even 10% of his opponent and his opponent ohkoed. And if bloodlusted and in a super specific location yeah Akira may transmute and win but if it needs to stacked that heavily on his favor it's a mismatch.

Mismatch doesn't mean it doesn't fit thematically. It means the match can't work, either one side stomps or the other, no in-between opposed to just being one sided.
