Wouldn't Esdeath be a much better matchup? They both use opposing elements and both can time stop.

Anyway, as much as I dislike speed equal matches for characters who use their speed to their advantage, IIRC Shana time stops only when she's in trouble, as such she would only realize it when it's too late.

Akame is a more expierienced swordsman and she can likely dodge the flame.
