Akame tries to assassinate a Monkey

this is the guy who has analytical prediction

despite his powers, Akame still managed to win

The only reason he can compete is only because of his predictions... While in speed equal and someone who is more skilled than you will definitely be a massive advantage if that character has analytical prediction

Mori is way more versatile than Akame. Also he literally adapts his fighting style to counter his opponent. She has absolutely no way around kick of the double dragon since it is both homing and surrounds Mori before being launched, deflecting swords.

Akame still has no way past Mori's instinctive reactions. He can dodge attacks that he consciously knows he cannot dodge.

And like, any attack from Mori instantly tips the battle into his favour since his go-to moves literally paralyse you, cause you unimaginable pain, weaken you to the point of being unable to hurt someone with a full powered punch, or stop your blood flow.

Remember that even after being struck by an instantly killing blow by Bongchim, Mori managed to kick him in the chest and prevent himself from dying at the very instance Bongchim touched his own chest. And this was before Mori learned acupuncture.

Even if we assume Akame gets close enough to land a cut, she's gone as well, making the final result Inconclusive.
 
So they can basically one shot each other (Akame's poison and Mori's paralyzing attacks) but Mori is more skilled and has stupid senses on top of instinctive reactions, I vote Mori
