So Akame needs just one tiniest scratch to win, has better ap and dura, gaps in LS + has comparable if not superior skill..

I think Akame wins pretty easily

Yeah, that poison is the biggest pain in the ass for making Akame matchups.

More importantly, Sonic prides himself in his speed and facing someone just as fast means he's at a disadvantage, both mentally and in terms of his fighting style (okay, he does still have his afterimage technique and also he doesn't know he's actually faster, but we're crippling his knees). I think the fact that Akame matches his speed will throw him off enough for a small glancing blow from her sword more times then not.
I will say thanks to his afterimages, this probably isn't a stomp, but Akame Low-Diff. Maybe I'm missing something though
