Hmmmm... Drellix do tell me why you think that distance between the cloud and the person who dodged it only 200 meters. Is it simply because you think it is or do you have a scientific basis for it... or perhaps you scaled the distance to be only that much...

For lightning dodging feats?...
Hmmmm... well first you must have the distance between the character and the place where the lightning came from.
Use the speed of lightning (440,000m/s is the accepted value here) to get the timeframe the lightning took to reach the character...
Finally you'd just need to find the distance the character traveled to dodge the lightning...
Then just divide the distance the character traveled by the time the lightning took to reach him...
I usually use this.
An easier way would be to apply the formula below...

It would scale to Current Tatsumi as well not Base as in the one where Incursio takes over Tatsumi and gives him huge boosts in power
