Gin calls the Kōtotsu a "creature of reaso" that isn't made of "spiritual particles" which is reishi.

The question is. What does "creature of reason" mean exactly?

A being made out of Kishi or regular physical matter perhaps?.Wrong. Beings made of regular matter can still be affected by reishi. So why can't this being be affected by spitual energy?

It does sound a bit metaphorical.

When someone interacts with Kototsu, the whole Dangai is distorted. So, what interacted with him is sent away hundreds of years into the future.

In Dangai there are at least 5 dimensions.
Since they are the three of space, the time and the dimension in which the Koutotsu exists.
From what I understand, this dimension in which the Koutotsu exists, is one with isolated space of the Dangai.
This is precisely why it can not be affected by ordinary Shinigami.

According to the Databook, the Koutotsu functions as a Dangai defense mechanism. When it interacts with a 'foreign body', the Dangai's space-time is distorted.

Koutotsu's ability is not a 'temporal manipulation' focused on who interacts with it.

In this example , it interacts only with the 'shield' of Orihime, but even so , everyone who was with it was thrown for days in the future.
* It is worth remembering that this 'time jump' was small thanks to Urahara technology. Usually it would be hundreds of years old.

If Aizen really had resistance to temporal manipulation, that would also scale the Gin, the same was with him inside the Dangai.
