I've been on the site for a fair bit of time, and I've noticed that despite Riders getting sparse mentions on Sonic pages, the full extent of what it provides has not been fully documented. So, I thought I'd try to fix it.
First off, creating a page for Extreme Gear as a whole. Pretty much all the Riders characters are affected by this to varying degrees, but there's also quite a few characters from Sonic Speed Simulator as well, as Extreme Gear did make a presence in that game. And before you ask, yes, Speed Simulator is canon.
So, all the profiles that are affected include:
Knuckles
Classic Sonic
Adventure Sonic
Modern Sonic
Marine the Raccoon (possibly)
Gemerl (possibly)
Tangle
Whisper
Mimic
Surge
Amy
Shadow Android
Big
Tails
Rouge
Blaze
Charmy
Shadow
Metal Sonic
Metal Sonic 3.0
Cream
E-123 Omega
Espio
Silver
Vector
Jet
Movie Knuckles/Movie Tails/Movie Sonic
Storm
Wave
NiGHTS
Ulala
AiAi
(Amigo and Billy Hatcher are also playable but lack profiles)
Second, adding a lot of miscellaneous abilities. A lot of these come from the Japanese Sonic Riders website, which conveniently was translated here. There are equivalent sites for Zero Gravity and Free Riders, but they have yet to be translated and I couldn't even access the Free Riders site. Here's all the scans I was able to pull from the sites for reference, though.
Character abilities:
Eggman and Cream: Status Effect Inducement (via blinding the opponent)
Eggman gets his punching machine and party popper added to his standard equipment.
Shadow and Silver: Status Effect Inducement (via confusing the opponent)
Knuckles and Storm: Status Effect Inducement (via stunning the opponent)
Tails and Wave: Electricity Manipulation (Their attacks release an electric shock upon hitting)
Wave gets Explosion Manipulation, as she not only used a bomb to blow up Sonic's Extreme Gear, but can also create seemingly limitless amounts of dynamite to attack enemies with.
Storm gets Vibration Manipulation for causing vibrations by slamming the ground.
Blaze and Rouge get Smoke Manipulation (Their special attacks generate a smoke cloud around the opponent)
Wizeman gets Curse Manipulation, as his curse is what keeps NiGHTS stuck in the world of dreams
NiGHTS and Cream get Social Influencing (NiGHTS' gossip and Cream' tears can damage enemies)
Amy, Wave, and Knuckles get Minor Fear Manipulation (Their scary roars are capable of damaging enemies)
Sonic gets Sound Manipulation in base, due to hurting enemies with his yell.
Jet gets Breath Attack, as he can damage enemies with his sneeze.
Ulala gets Paralysis Inducement, for her beam being able to cause targets to go numb.
Every character in the original game gets access to a Chaos Emerald as optional equipment, as they can collect them during the survival race.
Knuckles has another statement of being a master martial artist, but also gets a weakness in the form of his stubbornness kneecapping his versatility.
Every racer can detect the camouflaged rails in Green Cave, so possible Enhanced Senses for all the Riders 1 racers.
Eggman with prep time can create a space station that has a universal effect where normal attacks do nothing to hurt enemies, forcing electrocution to deal damage. So, limited Invulnerability Bestowal.
Finally, in the spirit of Riders, I have 3 new profiles for relevant characters from the side-series. These are the E-10000's, a reworked version of the SCR-HD to account for its GP variant, and the Babylon Guardian (Primarily because of the next thing...)
Babylon Guardian being High 3-A
Essentially, the interior of Babylon Garden's treasure vault is a pocket dimension which extends into "infinite nothingness", which the Guardian can freely manipulate. When the Guardian is no more, the realm is in a state of constant flux between heaven and hell, whereas the Guardian keeps it consistent in the hell-aspect. This would make the Babylonians have High 3-A technology, as the Guardian is their creation to protect the treasure. Moreover, Master Core: ABIS fusing with Babylon Garden's Engine Unit and encompassing the entirety of Babylon Garden would be a High 3-A feat in itself.
And...I think that's it. If I missed something or something I mentioned isn't accurate, feel free to let me know, I don't usually do revisions this big. Thank you.
