Anyways Quake, Yo-Yo and Ruby would be 9-B without powers. They are very much comparable to Mackenzie who can punch robots several feet away and Melinda May who can fight people who can bend metal bars Quake would have High Hypersonic attack, combat and reaction speed. He easily sent Graviton to space in a few seconds and can fight with people who can react to her shockwaves

Quake sent Graviton to freezing temperatures in 10 seconds. That's 85 km in 10 seconds, or 8.5 km/s.
