I think it is a relatively fair fight? Not even a 2x AP advantage (albeit in favor of Tai) and not overwhelming hax on either side (Aela can potentially use fear hax, Tai has contact-based paralysis via pressure points).

In the end I'd vote Tai if only because he seems more likely to use paralysis inducement right off the bat and either way is more agile/physically powerful.

Tai FRA. As an outright fighter and in the skill department, I very much see him standing superior to her.

Tai outskills and paralyzes. I feel like J zargo would make more sense than Aela since he can do more than just punching you (Aela doesn't hit you skillfully she just prefers to beat the sh*t out of you), and J zargo is a cat man kinda like Tai with both being able to paralyze people. But cat vs dog works too so Tai FRA.
