Additions to the TF2 mercs

so on halloween maps the mercs can pick up books, crystal balls or flasks that allow them to use magic spells i think these should be listen under optional equipment. the full list of these spells and their effects can be found here
the abilities the mercs would get from these are:
Fire Manipulation with Fireball and Meteor Shower
Teleportation with Shadow Leap
Invisibility with Stealth
Explosion Manipulation with Pumpkin MIRV
Summoning with Skeleton Horde and Summon Monoculus
Electricity Manipulation with Ball O' Lightning
Statistics Amplification and Size Manipulation with Power Up
Invulnerability and Healing with Overheal
and Self-Healing with Shadow leap, Blast Jump, Overheal, Stealth and Power Up
there's also powerups from the gamemode Mannpower which should be mentioned too, most of the powerups also give the mercs stat boosts. the full list can be found here
the abilities from the powerups would be:
Regeneration with Regeneration, Vampire and King
Damage Transferal with Reflect(80% of the damage dealt is reflected to the attacker)
Disease Manipulation (touching an enemy gives them the Plague) and Regeneration Negation with Plague(block's King powerups regeneration)
Status Effect Inducement with Supernova(stuns all nearby players)
Damage Reduction with Resistance, Plague(only against people infected with the Plague) and Vampire
Resistance to Disease Manipulation with Resistance(gives immunity to the Plague powerup)
Resistance to Damage Transferal with Resistance and Vampire(gives immunity to Reflect powerup)
and there is also the mvm upgrades which should probably be a new key entirely.the full list can be found here
the abilities they would get with MVM upgrades is:
Regeneration
Status Effect Inducement for Soldier with Rocket Specialist(stuns target on a direct hit), and for Pyro with Thermal Thruster(can be upgraded to stun enemies on landing)
Self-Healing with Health on Kill
Statistics Reduction for Scout and Sniper(Mad Milk and Jarate can be upgraded to slow down covered Enemies, Snipers Explosive Headshots slow enemies near target)
Explosion Manipulation for Pyro with Gas Passer(can be upgraded to explode once ignited)
Statistics Amplification with Crits on Kill
Resistance to Fire Manipulation
Resistance to Explosion Manipulation
there's also canteen's which should also be under optional equipment
Teleportation and Statistics Amplification with Teleport to Spawn Canteen(teleports the user to spawn and gives a 5 second speed boost)
Invulnerability with Become Ubercharged
Statistics Amplification with Become Crit Boosted

also since they can summon monoculus that should give them BFR and portal creation since he sends people to hell

I don't think it's really necessary to add them in optional equipment because they're more so things that they just cast or have passive ability as oppose to being actual equipment
