Additions to Popeye

Popeye should have Martial Arts and Acrobatics due to possessing knowledge of boxing and being quite athletic for his age. He has fought Bluto many times, and Bluto has both of these. I would also suggest possible limited Sealing, as in the very link that shows his resistance to Size Manipulation, he is shown using his pipe to vacuum up the Sea Hag's genie, before acquiring a jar and releasing him inside to keep him trapped. The ability to vacuum up genies and similar beings with his pipe and hold them there until he has a more permanent solution to keeping them trapped could be useful.
