Initially these characters weren't elaborated for their 4-B scaling, so here we go listing them:
* Apocalypse can consistently harm Thor in scenarios he has no reason to hold back in. Therefore he should be 4-B
** Cable's full potential and thus X-Man scale to him; X-Man himself has direct comparisons to the Dark Phoenix, so it isn't unreasonable
** Stryfe has anti-feats on this level; He needed assistance from Bishop to kill Apocalypse "at his weakest", and even then it took everything they both had. His physicals seem to be on the same level as Cable and Warpath, so he should be listed 8-C, at most 4-B with Telekinesis.

Apocalypse only harmed Thor in a single story, and this was Thor before he earned Mjolnir, so I am uncertain about if this is enough consistency for 4-B.

He also restrained the Hulk once though, but this was a Hulk without a rage factor who was much weaker than currently.

It is possible though. He used to be portrayed as almost out of the X-Men's league to take down even when they all collaborated.

What do you think?

I agree this is not reliable to 4-B. Thor is a constant jobber too, much like the Silver Surfer. Scaling every character who's ever hurt him to his best feats is very unreliable.

What about X-Man then? Is his basis more solid out of contextual reasoning?

I do not think that X-Man had regular access to a very impressive scale of raw power. Or at least not in terms of feats, just empty hyperbole.

It could be a potential.

Oh well, at least now we may have knowledge of feats that may be brought up in the future at least :V

Okay. Apocalypse is hard to tier, given that he mostly fights characters considerably below his weight class.

Anyhow I am not particularly interested in his rating, just needed these proposals addressed.

I'll close the thread now, if any other staff member has something to add they can just reopen it.
