It's very simple, In Fairy Tail Chapter 544 , Natsu used his 7 Flames Dragon Slayer mode to defeat Acnologia, and he defeated Acnologia with his attack, the main point here is, Natsu should get Deconstruction because he defeated Acnologia by splitting body parts Acnologia to become very small, maybe even no particles left at all.
