I think Musashi's ability is limit by if the possibility is 0% she can't choose it,just by Accelerator's passive shield may make all possibility that she can attack him become 0%
In normal situation Musashi can't hurt him but I don't think he can hurt her too if she focus on evasion.
Another key point is Musashi know Accelerator's ability or not,She is very good at analyze her enemy(can find the way to win against Hozoin's invincible spear in only one fight).As sword master she has great mastery in her sword control,If she pull her sword back in last second Accelerator's passive shield may bring sword to himself result in instant K.O.(I remember Accelerator got punched even when his shield active by this method)
I give it 50:50,musashi can't hurt accelerator or she find the way to counter his passive shield then kill him in 1 slash.

@Veloxt1r0kore actually to aru has character with smiliar ability like musashi had, Almighty Thor, and kamachi states that Thor with his Almighty mode cant harm accel at all even with that ability. Thats why I said "unless musashi more OP than gil or karna, she cant beat accel".
