Accelerator vs izayoi

I think izayoi would win but im not shure because he cancels things but i dont know if he could use it on accelerator so that is why im making this

He does nit have any vector less attacks but he has a power to destroy gifts, would accelerators power count as a gift

Not realy accelerators realy fast and controles vectors i think eather has a chance because izayois ability is not pasive as far as i know,i thought this would be interisting to find out. Izayoi seams to have a advantage on base stats.
