Accelerator vs Satoru Gojo

OT5 Chapter 3 Part 8

(If I don’t want to kill her, I have to delete the virus. I need to do two things. First is to find the virus codes from that massive personality file in Last Order. The second thing is to manipulate the electric signals in Last Order’s brain and accurately delete the virus codes.)

In Academy City, where the school curriculum included psychic powers development, the strongest esper in Academy City also had the strongest brain. Having accurately calculated all the air particle flow in the entire city before, Accelerator used all his thoughts to find a way to solve this.

(The disk has the personality files from before infection. If I compare it to the one after infection and find the difference—hold on, what attracted my attention here? Let’s recall from those abusive words of mine. What am I able to do best? What can I easily think of?)

Thinking about that, Accelerator’s shoulders jerked as if they had been electrocuted.

Human electrical reversal.

If Accelerator’s power could redirect any energy vector.

If he could let the blood and electrical flow in a body reverse on contact with the skin.

He looked up. It took a mere ten seconds to think about that.

“Oi, if I can control the electrical flow in the brain, I should be able to correct that brat’s personality file without a Testament, right?”

“What are you—”

Speaking halfway, Yoshikawa seemed to realize something.

The Testament controlled the electrical flow in a human, forcing in personality and knowledge.

“...Are you intending to become a Testament yourself? Impossible, though your power is to redirect any vector, controlling a brain signal is unheard of...!”

“Why not? I did use skin contact to reverse the blood and electrical flow in a human body in the experiment. Since I can redirect, manipulation shouldn’t be hard right?”

Lonely and weak, he laughed at himself, then inserted the disk into the notepad-sized computer.

A large amount of data appeared in front of him. He quickly scanned through the data that was scrolling at waterfall-like speed, reading all the data. It took him 52 seconds to finish reading, 48 seconds to close his eyes to remember, and 65 seconds to compare what he had memorized to the data on the screen.

The preparations were complete.

He was ready to put an end to this.

He crushed the notepad-sized computer. The fragments of the girl’s internal design fell off his hand.

“...”

He shut off the reflection on his hand, and used his fingers to touch the girl’s forehead. The girl’s skin felt slightly hot, as if she had a cold. He extracted the electrical flow of the human and continued to touch the direction as if he was touching the insides of the girl with his hand. Through the direction of the electrical flow in the person, he managed to grasp it.

Finally, the girl’s internal workings were in Accelerator’s mind completely.

OT5 Chapter 3 Part 9

The meaningless language that Last Order was uttering was gradually changing into Japanese. Accelerator was sweating. There was a feeling that his brain was being burned. His vision was gradually becoming narrower. As all of his calculation ability was gathered on one point, his reflection wouldn’t work, and the uncomfortable sweat was sticking onto him.

Right now, he was comparing the infected Last Order’s personality files with the one from before infection.

The difference between both of them was the virus codes. Though some of it included Last Order’s memories of her interactions with Accelerator, Accelerator was unable to tell which were virus codes and which were memories.

OT5 Chapter 3 Part 13

Right now, Accelerator was concentrating all his power on Last Order’s brain signal, so he didn’t even have the ability to redirect. If he decided to multitask in his redirecting, he wouldn’t be able to accurately manipulate the electrical signals that were on the order of an electron microscope, and Last Order’s brain would be wrecked.

OT22 Chapter 9 Part 3

“The data on the song used to eliminate the virus from Last Order still remains within her memories,” responded Misaka Worst in an offhand kind of way. “It seems that data might be useful in healing her if you could extract it. Wow, so Academy City’s #1 can steal people’s memories by reading the vectors of the electrical signals in their brain. Amazing.”

“…My vector transformation power can only detect the presence or absence of an electrical signal. In other words, I can only extract a string of zeros and ones. I have no way of knowing what memory that belongs to, so I can’t replay the memories or anything. Can anyone hear the music on a CD in their head just by looking at the surface of the CD? It’s the same as that.”

This is when Accel controlling information in someone's brain with his vector manip.
 
Accelerator doesn't have information manipulation. Fraulein Kreutune is a much better example of someone who would in Toaru.

Principal Yaga utilized these mechanics to create his cursed spirit dolls and birth the existence of Panda by copying soul information. Further bolstering this point is the fact that Ogami's target in the manga was able to retain his memories, skills, and personality strictly from their body information. Finally, Mahito utilizes this to manipulate soul information and thus can affect both the souls and bodies of his target. Mahito himself explains that human bodies are "controlled by these concepts" that interact with the human soul resulting in mechanical processes. Mahito can also configure his body and the bodies of his captives, altering the size and shape of his victims, and being able to completely change his biological composition to turn into differing life and inorganic matter. Grade 1 Sorcerors+ would also get Resistance to this via Nanami resisting Mahito's transfiguration attempt.

Could you prove this? The only metaphysical thing I see in Gojo's profile is Domain Expansion. His CRT doesn't have it either.

It wouldn't be considered metaphysical in Toaru for example. It's equalized to life force that is then refined into magic power.

Im sorry, is conceptual type 3 and info type 2 not metaphysical?
 
The Index manga can't be used and there's no point in doing so since the feats are in the LN as well.

He doesn't reverse bloodflow or bioelectricity from a distance in character, and he doesn't need to.

The arguments haven't changed. The ones being discussed are ranged vector manipulation and metaphysical energy attacks.

Oh, also the nature of the wings themselves and how they come from a different plane of existence, etc.

A hundred super computers have a lot of computative data, but they can't contain a LITERAL influx of INFINITE information. Much less multiple infinity's of information.

Accelerators wincons:
Could bypass infinity by messing with gojos organs
Could survive the info dump long enough to counter attack
Could counter purple

Gojo wincons:
Could bypass reflection via domain expansion

Accel seems to have more wincons

He won't be able to counter attack. The domain forces you to process information thus occupying your both with solely understanding the information flowing into you. Basically, your body becomes to distracted processing infinite amounts of information to perform any other task. Accelerator won't be able to counter because their mind/body is too busy trying to process said info.

Yeah the wings is not doing anything to help here unless they can process the info. Honestly, if there's no counter to the organ attack thing for Accel then I will probably vote Accel.

Depends on what you believe would happen. If you believe Domain Expansion would turn Accelerator into a vegetable first, Gojo wins. If you feel Accelerator is more likely to pull off a win-con earlier in-character, than Accelerator wins. If you think both in character are willing to use their win-cons, than I guess incon
 
Knowing how Domains work, Gojo's needs to spread and although it spreads incredibly fast against Jogo or even the 0.2 Domain, its range is at most a few meters, Accel can simply sense that via vectors, dodge and won't be hit by it which basically negs Gojo's main win con if I'm being honest. Accel has Immeasurable lifting strength via vectors, is this explained why and is it at all useable against Gojo? It is then Gojo loses based off that. Ignoring that, OP is using Black Wing Accel, his Black Wing section says "All prior, manipulation of vectors from long-range distances without the need for touch" so he should be able to manipulate Gojo's vectors so off that I vote Accel.

Edit: Accel can control metaphysical stuff with his vectors? Could he simply stop the domains spread since its just curse energy? Another counter for Domain if he can and really a counter to all of Gojo's ranged attacks.
